The culinary highlights include a cozy bar with friendly service and delicious chicken and ginger soup that was an absolute winner! The breakfast box was packed with a lovely variety of treats, making every morning a delightful surprise. Plus, the room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a restful night.
While the hotel had a charming vibe, some areas were outdated and could use a bit of sprucing up. The furniture quality left a bit to be desired, but it still had a cozy appeal that somehow made everything shine.

The room was spacious and came equipped with quality mattresses, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast box was packed with a variety of items including cereal, yogurt, and freshly cut fruit, which was a pleasant surprise.
The heating in the room was cranked up when I arrived, making it uncomfortably warm, and there were issues with the window and blinds not closing properly, leading to early morning sunlight and noise from seagulls outside. The bathrooms felt outdated and cramped, with limited space that made using the shower a bit of a squeeze.

charming stay with delightful service
I found the ambiance to be truly quaint and cozy, with charming decor that added to the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during my request for gluten-free options at breakfast. It was also pleasing to have various tea and coffee choices in the room, which made my mornings more enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the cozy bar area where I could relax and share good moments with family.
Although the hotel had a lovely charm, some of the furniture seemed a bit dated.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend escape in Peterhead with decent value for money. I enjoyed a lovely fish and chips meal that was definitely a highlight of the stay. Try to ask for a room away from the street to avoid noise.

The warm welcome from the staff made my stay feel inviting, complemented by a cozy room with comfortable beds. The fridge stocked with a breakfast box of sandwiches, yogurt, and fresh fruit was a delightful surprise. the outdated bathroom could benefit from modernization, and the room's vintage decor felt a bit worn. Proximity to the bus station was convenient, but sound insulation could be improved for a quieter experience.
